Part 4: Constructing and Reflecting on Leadership and Management in Learning Organizations
The final part of this journey allows you to construct and reflect on leadership and management in the learning organization. In this part we will construct our own understanding of the communication process, communication in teams, diverse and multicultural leadership ending with a reformation or a redux of leadership and management. Allowing learners to construct their craft for leadership and be able to reflect on their craft allows for self-actualization and holistic meaning to one’s leadership and management journey.
Senge concludes that building learning organizations involves developing people who learn, and evolve through constant restructuring of mental model or rewriting the code. In many ways, the ability to restructure is to be constructive and reflective, along with fully contextualizing the journey that led to this point.
